One of our customers in Romania came to us for support after they’ve won a bidding of renovation of two sets of 1300 size propeller pumps in late 2018. Their previous supplier provided technical proposal but couldn’t offer real pumps, which made them very difficult during that period.

This pump required two duties, which is the main difficulty,

Minimum duty 9000m3/hr @ 9m head

Besides providing adjustable vane pump, we updated the adjustment mechanism to a type of most advanced hydraulic adjusting system.

The traditional mechanism requires hollow-shaft motor and being put above motor. Our mechanism is positioned between motor and pump, powered by slip rings through 220VAC power supply. Hydraulic piston moves pulling rod of vanes to make vane pitch adjusted during operation. This requires only pump shaft to be hollow.
