The end suction centrifugal pump is a type of centrifugal pump, also known as an end suction pump. With the back pumping structure, the impeller, main shaft and bearings can be installed and replaced without removing the pump casing. The robust structure minimizes misalignment and deformation of water pipes.
Features of end suction centrifugal pump.
Maintenance-friendly back pumping structure allows easy access to rotating parts for maintenance without disassembling the system inlet and outlet piping. The centerline outlet at the top and the pump casing is supported by a foot to maximize resistance to misalignment and deformation caused by piping loads. Adopting Ebara's patented hydraulic model, the pump has higher operating efficiency, wider flow range and lower operating cost. The impeller and sealing ring are made of bronze, which is not easy to rust and wear resistant, and prolongs the service life. Bearings, mechanical seals and motors are selected from global professional brand manufacturers, thus ensuring more stable and reliable performance of the whole machine.
