Prefabricated pump stations come as customized complete, assembled units ready for installation, and applied for collection and pumping of wastewater. They are good replacement of conventional concrete pump stations due to its GRP reinforcement, lower cost, shorter construction time required, smaller footprint, easier maintenance. As it’s installed completely underground, and pit bottom is designed as non-clogging and self-cleaning, it has very little impact to underground water and surface environment.

The station mainly consists of GRP column pit, submersible sewage pumps, service platform, piping, fittings, valves, screener and control cabinet. It’s also available with a separate valve chamber enabling operator to get access to valves without having to enter the pump pit.

Available sizes (column pit diameter/mm): 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 3800, 4200. Others remain on request.
