The JTP series portable hydraulically driven submerisble pump is designed and developed with guide-vane structure, double anti-friction bearing, stainless steel casing, which makes it small and light with long lifttime and super durability.

Aerial materials and unique hydraulic model are adopted. We optimize the design of sealing structure, cooling method, protection and control, and make sure pumps are light-weight, safe and reliable, easy for installation and maintenance, drainage efficient, no clogging, anti-winding, long service life, and can deliver mixed liquid that containing solids, particles and long fibers. The maximum solid particle is up to25mm, and the capacity can reach 600 m³/h when the head is at 6 meters.

The hydraulic submersible pump is connected with the hydraulic power station, not powered by electricity, so it is safe to use. The hydraulic submersible pump has no exhaust emission and is green and environment-friendly. It can be combined with the hydraulic power unit to be a mobile and portable drainage unit with a maximum operating radius of 30 meters. It can be moved by manpower or carriers to areas that cannot be reached by large equipment. The portable remote operation greatly enhances the maneuverability of rescue and disaster relief. Hydraulic submersible pumps can deal with sudden floods, water ponding in underground areas, road, subway, tunnel and bridge, emergency water diversion during drought and fire water diversion. It is widely used in municipal engineering, construction engineering, sewage treatment, industrial and mining drainage, mine drainage, rainwater drainage and irrigation.

Option for slurry application

The hydraulic slurry pump is driven by a special drive shaft, oil seal and a hydraulic motor built into the bearing, which is light in weight, compact in structure and high in efficiency.

It's cooled and lubricated by hydraulic oil and allows dry operation, which is suitable for pumping high solid containing liquid, like slurry and mud.
